A specialized parachute made from DuPont's special Tyvek material.
Tyvek is a lightweight, eco-friendly, waterproof and durable material for many applications. In appearance, it resembles crumpled paper, but combines the characteristics of paper as well as film, plastic and textile backing. It is more durable than natural leather. How is it possible? Tyvek - is polyethylene fibers bonded under temperature and pressure. They form a highly permeable membrane consisting of millions of fibers. Thanks to them, Tyvek "breathes" - it allows water vapor to pass through, but liquid water does not. It is characterized by high dimensional stability, resistance to weather conditions (high temperature, UV radiation).

The parachute we offer is a lightweight, 70 gram product perfectly suited for use in any stratospheric mission. Recommended for loads up to 300 grams. Its diameter is 85 cm.
